JPMorganChase Software Engineering - Vice President (Java + Micro Services) interview questions

Delay.. Delay and Delay 3 Technical rounds and 1 HR. Each round having at least 20 days of interval. In HR round expected salary and notice period was discussed but did not get any response after that. And finally after 2 months I checked status on their job portal, very next day I receive email that I am no longer in consideration. What that mean after clearing all technical rounds?? Was that notice period or expected salary?? In any case if that can't be afford, candidate must be updated on that immediately.
