They did an assessment first then a behavioral interview. Did not feel intimidating, was very casual. The assessment was basic Excel skills. The behavioral interview was based off STAR questions.

it was okay not that hard. I think I would have done better, if I prepared better than I would have gotten better at it. The best part was the team, there were very genuine and supportive.
