I first worked with a recruiter who was doing a direct hire. I then had an over the phone interview that went very well. The lady who interviewed me said she was forward my resume on and that the next week I would have an onsite interview. Over 3 weeks go by. The recruiter heard nothing other than they were busy. When I left another voicemail to see if they were still scheduling interviews, I was informed the position was filled. The recruiters and I had no contact or knowledge of this and the lack of communication was very unprofessional.
