Interview
This company, along with the recruiting firm they hired, demonstrated a lack of transparency throughout the process. The company used a third-party recruiter to handle the initial round of interviews. I had my first Zoom meeting scheduled with the recruiter, but two days later, she emailed me to say the company had decided to move forward with someone further along in the process.
Shortly after, I received another email from the same recruiter, stating that the position had been filled. When I reached out to express my disappointment over the lack of transparency, particularly regarding how late in the process other candidates were, I was met with a dismissive response. She told me, I wasn't supposed to receive that email; it was meant for candidates she didn't speak with.
This experience showed a complete disregard for people's time and left a poor impression of the company.

Intense, they did a zoom call, in person with the owner and another employee. Then I had to take a test, they asked me to assess my test, then come back for another 2 hour interview with both owners.
