This interview was sometime ago, so at that time the interview process what really smooth. In one single day I talk with the CEO and two other leaders in the agency. The talk went really smooth and it was a pleasant surprise that they asked me not how much I was making, but how much I was expecting to get paid. Overall, I had a really good experience in the interview process.
