I had a great telephone interview that was very comprehensive. We covered a bit about the company and then dove into the role. I then went to meet with the VP of HR and Safety on-site. We discussed the role and my background as it pertained to the challenges and goals of the position. We toured the plant and I was able to meet some key individuals. All in all, I met with several key individuals and was given a history of the company, future plans, and how my background and skills would fit with the company culture and needs.
