Applied to the position early on, and got selected for a phone screening. Was then sent a short take-home assignment a day or so later, which I submitted online to the recruiting team. Proceeded to be ghosted and received no response for an extended time, until eventually being miraculously invited for a Zoom interview, for which I did not receive an invite until very shortly prior to the interview. While the interviews themselves did go smoothly and professionally, the hiring process could definitely see some improvements and streamlining.

Interviewers and hiring manager were great at listening and engaging in real conversation. There were a lot more technical questions than I expected, and a lot of past experience example questions, but overall a good experience.

Applied and got a response the same day. Brief phone screen, submitted the assigned “homework,” and never heard from them again. For a company who rates other companies on how they treat workers… yikes
