This process was weird. First you have to upload a photo with all of these requirements. With the guise that this is to prevent fraud. I’m unclear how a photo prevents fraud. Couldn’t one just upload the photo of the person that will be interviewing for them. Also, it opens the door for big time discrimination issues.
Then they have strict instructions about how they want the interview completed. No blurred background on teams etc.
Lastly, I never had 1 phone call with anyone all via email. No preparation either via email.

Easy, knowledgeable and professional. Showed true ethical values and integrity, provided information about growth within the company and great benefits. She established values, expressed understanding of high call volumes and how difficult it can be with customers.

Interview
Met with hiring manager and sales partner. This process was normal. I was highly qualified for the job on paper. During discussion it seemed like they wanted the unicorn to come in and manage and enhance all analysis from the start. The job is very underpaid for what they are expecting.
