I first had a quick phone interview about why I wanted to work at Jackson then I was sent some assessments to take online that consisted of how fast you can type and data entry then i had in person interview with offer at the end of the interview

STAR format. Describe a time you had to take lead in a team project
Asked thoughtful questions throughout the conversation, requested follow up questions to gain deeper insight, and clearly explained the responsibilities, expectations, and overall scope of the role and how it contributes to the team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jackson (East Lansing, MI)
Interview
It was a typical interview with standard behavioral questions. One phone interview and one in person interview at the zone. Phone lasted about 20 minutes and in person lasted about 40 minutes.
