Easy, straightforward. They ask quite a few questions but they are all easy. Like name a time you delt w/ a difficult customer and what you did to help them.

What do you think is most important what dealing with an upset customer?
The interview was fairly easy. They just ask questions about your intentions and goals. You will be asked about yourself and your strengths as well. High energy and confidence are key!
It was super simple. A little of tell me about yourself, how would your friends describe you, etc. Other than that the manager was also a college student and was very relaxed

I applied online and got a call back couple days later. Interview was over the phone with the manager. At the end of the interview I was offered the job.
