The interview process was pretty straight forward with basic questions and a nice interviewer. After the interview portion there is a background check that you consent to. They communicate well throughout the process.

What experience do you have in the financial world?
The interview process was relatively quick and easy. Started with a phone interview and then I came in person to meet with both advisors. Met the staff. It was a great experience.

The process takes about 4 to 6 weeks and the interviews ask many questions revolving around who you are and your current position. They also, ask the generic questions like: What interested you about the position? Where do you see yourself in 3 years? What do you expect to get out of the position? How do you go about planning?
