Interview
Two rounds. First, on-demand test. Mostly logic and psychology questions. Second round consist of two panels (for the sake of reducing bias). Panelists ask relevant questions regarding job description and personality.

Interview
I was going to do an internship at their site in Cork Ireland. I scheduled an phone interview with the Human resources department and after submitting the application they called me. The conversation lasted for 30 minutes and we scheduled an other phone call if I was accepted and to have more information about my position in the company and the paperwork I had to do. The rest of the interaction was done through mail.
