Applied online. Took about a month to get an HR interview. HR was extremely excited to bring me saying that I met all the requirements and that I needed to meet the director as they were looking to hire someone yesterday. Weeks went by, I sent a follow up email with a basic question. No response, but figured they were busy given how understaffed the HR rep said they are right now. Followed up again, no response. Job reposted 3 times during this period. Honestly just rude and a waste of time.
