I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jefferies (London, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Jefferies seemed somewhat unprepared and rushing the entire process, but staff were courteous and polite. The interview questions were nothing out of the ordinary for IB. Correspondence was swift and the entire process involved little radio silence on the other side, which is good.
The interview process consisted of a phone screen, a first round interview, and finally a superday. This was all conducted via zoom and the process was relatively quick. It was roughly two weeks from start to finish.

Interview
The Jefferies interview process was unexpectedly slow and drawn-out. I found the timeline unnecessarily long compared to other firms, which impacted my overall candidate experience.

Interview
Interviewed with SVP, 2 VPs, Associate, and analyst over 1 week and received offer within 3 weeks. Technical questions were industry specific and behavioral ones focused on capacity to work long hours and desire to work at Jefferies in the specific group.
