I applied online, and 6 weeks later was contacted by voicemail for a phone interview. I returned the call right away and left a message but no one returned my call. It took a good week to get a hold of someone to schedule the phone interview. I had a 30 min phone interview that mostly covered info about the company and the job requirements. I was told they would decide on which candidates they want to interview in person the following week and let me know. 4 weeks later I had heard nothing, despite sending a follow up email after 2 weeks. Guess I didn't get the job!
