Interview
I met with the head of QC, the owners, and a variety of other upper management personel. The interviews took a lot of time, but it was good to get a feel for the staff. The goal was to relax and talk freely, which I felt like I did. Not a traditional interview, but I like their methodology better than what's standard at larger companies.
Had a phone screen with an external recruiter first. Second interview you could meet with potential management over zoom/in-person. Basic behavioral based questions, overall feeling was very comfortable/casual. They were quick to update on application status.
