They rotate you through partners and associates and you talk to each for around half an hour. If I recall correctly, there were six total interviews and the whole thing lasted three hours.
Screening interview. Next was 6 partners and one associate for about 3 hours. Unprofessional and mean when not trying to get me to talk about the children I do not have. One white male partner stayed in his office and did a video interview with others obviously in the room. He proceeded to mock me and humiliate me. Another white male partner told me about the prostitutes hired for past holiday parties. Yet another white male partner was aggressive, rude and delivered a lot of his communication with hostility.

The interview process was really relaxed and it was clear the partners just wanted to get to know you and your experience. It consisted of three different meetings and I also had the chance to meet other associates before choosing to accept or reject my offer.
