      Interview

      The interview process for the Director of Customer Operations & Strategy role at Jerry was one of the most thorough and impressive experiences I’ve had. While the process was detailed, it was clear that Jerry puts a lot of thought into hiring for leadership roles, ensuring alignment on both sides. The recruiter, Alana, was fantastic—she was supportive, communicative, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and responsiveness made the experience smooth and engaging. I also appreciated the opportunity to meet with executives outside of my direct hiring manager, including one of the founders. This gave me valuable insight into the company’s vision and culture, making it clear that Jerry takes hiring seriously and values transparency. Although the process required a time commitment, it reflected Jerry’s intentional approach to finding the right fit for their team and culture. Overall, it was a great experience that left me excited about the opportunity to join Jerry.
