Straightforward questions were done over the phone prior to the in-person interview. At the in-person interview, I taught a lesson in a current class with staff in the room, and was filmed/ shown to corporate headquarters in real time.
Simple, hired same day. People are friendly and eager. I felt welcomed right away. Would come back if the pay was increased. Everyone makes the same no matter what your degree level is. Doesn’t seem fair long term.
