They should outline an interview process and standard for non engineering roles. This interview wall all over the place and unorganized. I went onsite 3 separate times then was ghosted in February after going through the process since October. I had one phone screen then invited for onsite that lasted about 4 hours and I only met with 2 people. The second time I met with the CEO and 3 other employees, had lunch with them, got one simple coding challenge "just for fun" since it wasn't an engineering role and talking to them was really pleasant and easy. At this point I wanted to work there.
The guy I'd be working for basically told me he wanted to hire me but wasn't sure about my timing since we'd have to wait till I graduated from school in May, which is understandable. They had me come in for the 3rd time where I met the COO. That conversation was okay and I left feeling awkward because she thought it was a phone interview and wasn't expecting me? There was a Google calendar invite...
Anyway, I sent my thank you email, no reply. Then I sent a follow up email a few days later, no reply.
