Interview
There were two interviews - one with the Sales Manager and another with the SVP. Both interviews went great and I was given positive feedback during the interview and asked about my start date. I was very well qualified and I never heard back since, even after following up twice with a thank you email, specifically asking if there was any additional feedback or questions. No rejection or offer letter. Seems pretty disorganized and unprofessional to not follow up with someone.

Interview
Went in for an interview that I thought went well. They contacted me for 1-2 months to come in for an interview. I drove over an hour for the interview and never got a response. Sent a follow up email to their personnel person and no response from them either. Unacceptable.
