Got a phone call first and answered some questions about my resume, next I was pushed along to the second stage which was online assessments. A week later I got invited to the final interview. A week after the interview I was informed I was unsuccessful but in the email was also some really helpful feedback on why I didn't get the offer. If only all companies were as helpful to provide feedback!!

Very unprofessional manner of conducting interviews. Took 2 months to schedule an interview. Interviewer was in the kitchen when it finally happened!! Gave me no reason whatsoever so as to why I was rejected.
