Smooth, straight forward process. I had an initial call with a designer, then I was set a project to do and I had 1 week to complete it. Around 2 weeks later I was notified by email to say I had got the job!

The interview process followed this format:

3. Task: put together a strategy for a campaign
4. Final meeting with HR
It was good. Everyone showed up on time. The questions were kind of weird. In the end I did get an offer, but because of their strange questions I turned it down.
