Very brief; went over my resume, discussed my experience, and went right to scheduling. The woman who handled the hiring at the time was very pleasant. She asked me a few questions about myself to get an idea of me as a person, make sure I would work out in the kitchen group ok. She also didn't waste any time; once she realized that I was the right fit they were looking for, she asked when I could start right then and there.
