I applied in person and later called the store to set up what was a fairly simple interview. I was sat down, talked about myself and discussed availability. If they decide to hire you, they'll generally start discussing uniform regulations, safety, and ask you to come back to sign more paperwork.

Quick and easy. I was asked availability. I was hired almost immediately. The store at the time was very in need though. Having stayed here and doing interviews myself, the process is incredibly easy.
