Interview
Very brief. They call you after you turn in an application, you are asked to come in, they go over your hours and resume, and you basically have it. No real tough questions or anything. The shop I applied to did not have openings so the manager sent my materials to a different shop not very far away and hired me there.
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Interview
Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
