I met with a hiring manager in a store live. He asked a lot of simple questions about personal experiences, work skill, management skills, goals, etc.... Just make sure you know about solving those simple interview questions as this will get you the job.
The hiring team was professional, prompt, and welcoming. The process involved a practical skills test and a collaborative behavioral round. Overall, it provided an excellent, transparent view of the company culture."
When onto Indeed.com and found their hiring in the area. Submitted my Resume and interviewed within the following week. Spent about 30 minutes talking to a manager on site and was offered a job within the next 3 days.

Standard process. Asked basic questions about experience and goals. Some of it was done online. Quick results. Seemed like a good team. Interviewer got back to me quickly. Didn’t really go into specifics.
