I went in, was asked about why I wanted to work at Jimmy John's, asked about my work history, and asked how much responsibility I was willing to take. They sent me to a training session at another restaurant where I worked for four hours., then they hired me.
Easy, just was hired from within the company I was working for. They typically like to hire people who have worked for them already. Occasionally they’ll hire out side of the company but typically people with experience

Basic interview. What is your experience? What days can you work? would you be able to cover/ sub for people? Would you say your a good worker? How would you deal with an upset customer?

It was easy but there were many flaws into it. So questions asked were about tell me something about yourself and basic hr questions such as what are your hobbies and much more
