Received a text message from the area manager within minutes of submitting my application. He asked me to come in for an interview. The interviewer was the store manager who was working at that time. He was a really cool guy which made the interview easy.

Why do people choose Jimmy Johns instead of other sub shops?
Quick and easy. I was asked availability. I was hired almost immediately. The store at the time was very in need though. Having stayed here and doing interviews myself, the process is incredibly easy.

Interview
Nice and smooth very quick simple questions. Very interested in what I had to say. Nice gm and staff at the shop. I would work here again. Very honest about the job that I had to do.
I was asked when I was available and we compared that to what hours are currently available. I was asked about my past work experiences. We discussed what the pay would be and how many hours I was looking for.
