They had a very good process of recruitment where they asked us to be as creative as possible. Their questions were focused on past experiences of internship and current marketing trends

Tell us about yourself and how you would you market jio in the current market
1 min process that was taken for more than 80 students. They were only interested in students with experience in film making, marketing and sales. 1 HR was responsible for the whole process. Also 1 min pitch was interrupted time and time again by the moderator.
