Quick and easy. Took about 20-25 minutes. Came prepared with some retail experience anecdotes and hours available, availability for the holidays of course, etc. They also requested to bring a photo to explain the story behind, to gauge storytelling skills.

Very quick process, within a week of applying, I was offered the job and I started the following week. I attended an in-person interview which lasted a total of 10 to 15 minutes. Very easy and simple.
