Online application and then the store manager looks at the application to see if applicants qualify for the position. Interview was a way for the manager to get to know the applicant and then the test of putting an outfit together.

It was very simple. Pretty much cookie cutter. The guy interviewing me was very nice. He made me feel very comfortable.
The questions were pretty easy. He showed me some of the basic operations in the sales techniques.
