Interview process was easy overall, the interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Only negative I would say, they don't give feedback in why you can't be considered for the position.

pre screen to know your profile, english level, work setup, and that type of thing. Also last experiences, in a polite, straight forward interview by meet or zoom. They share the company experience and history.
