I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at JobAdder (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process was very thorough and personable. I met with the Sales Director, CRO and CEO. All of which were very knowledgeable and passionate about the role I was interviewing for.
They all afforded me lots of time to ask my questions, and the process felt very mutual.

Provide a high-level overview of your strategic approach to revamping the EMEA sales engine,
Meeting with the TA Lead, HM & peer, stakeholders.
It was a great process - despite time zone differences the Talent Lead managed the communications very well. I had two other processes at the same time and even though they were aligned to my time zone, JobAdder still ended up moving more quickly.
Friendly, and now I've been in seat for a few months, everything had been realistically described. Team was friendly and always made time for questions. It felt very two way.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JobAdder (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
Misleading process and unprofessional conduct. I went through an extensive interview process with Jobadder, including multiple product demos and role plays, investing hours of preparation. One interview was cancelled last minute with no explanation, an early sign of the disorganisation to come. After accepting the job offer and signing the contract I was told I had to undergo a 10 year background check by a third party, despite this not being mentioned at any stage of the interview, discussion and not part of the contractual requirements. Despite providing appropriate documentation I have been informed informally that the job offer has been rescinded (yet to confirm this in writing/formally).
The recruiter, handled the entire process poorly. Communication is vague, often unprofessional through WhatsApp, is Australian based so will only speak in early hours of the morning. Timelines shifted constantly in the process, and when things fell apart, the explanation given was vague and informal. It is clear she has far too much power in the process and out of her depth in terms of experience which is hindering the company.
Proceed with caution. My time and effort have not been respected and yours may not either.
