Absolutely no structure whatsoever. also seems like there is no HR coordinating all of this, questions are quite random but proceeded fast in scheduling. They are not sharing at all who they are looking for nor do they share the most immediate business challenges, but rejected me because they want fresh perspectives (though they did not ask me for it, they only asked for what I did previously).
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Joblift (Berlin)
Interview
It might be a nice company to work for but the HR departement is clearly not helping getting nice candidates. I went through a few interviews with the company. The whole process and communication was extremely confusing. The HR would leave you without news for a few weeks, then write again. At some point, I had an interview schedule at the office, no one was there to welcome me. After waiting for 5 mins in the entrance, an employee asked me what I was doing there. He went to ask the HR what to do with me but she never came out of her office to greet me. I'm happy that I had to see that during the interview process because I'd never want to work in such environment.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Joblift in Jun 2021
Interview
