The process took 3 days. I interviewed at JobsRUs.com (Louisville, KY) in Jan 2017
Interview
I applied for the position on Wednesday through a website called Careerbuilder. I received a phone call the next day from the Director of Field Operations for a phone screening. During the phone screening he asked me serval questions related to the position, and just to see if I was a good fit for the Position and the Company. The phone screening lasted about 15 minutes. At the end of our conversation he then invited me into the Branch for a face to face interview. During the face to face interview it was more conversational, and him getting to know me, as myself getting to know the Company. This step lasted about 30-40 minutes. Once the interview was over 15 minutes later I received an email from him to schedule a telephone interview with the Senior Divisional President within the next hour. The hour passed, and he called on time. During this step he basically asked the same questions that was asked during my face to face interview but a couple more different ones. This step lasted about 15-20 minutes. After we hung up, 5 minutes later I received a phone call from the Branch Manager asking me the same questions once again. This step lasted about 10 minutes. 2 hours later I received a phone call from the Director of Field Operations asking how he think I did when speaking with the Senior Divisional President and the Branch Manager. He than asked one more question which I answered. Afterwards he offered me the Position, welcomed me to the Company, told me what to expect in the Position, the Company, and forward all my information over to Onboarding to start the pre hire process. Overall it was a great Interview process, very professional, very positivity, didn't waste much time, and everyone seemed liked they loved working for CorTech. In conclusion I am very excited about coming onboard to represent the CorTech International brand.
A discussion about my experience, and system knowledge. Very easy and straight to the point if you have prior experience as a recruiter. The interview process with the SVP was very laid-back.
