I was contacted by a recruiter for the position. We scheduled an interview and on the day of the interview, she no-showed. I waited on Microsoft Teams for 20 minutes. I reached out assuming maybe something came up and she needed to reschedule but no response.
Very casual, went over each aspect to try and become comfortable as that is the usual atmosphere within the store. I found it pleasant to be able to talk about transferable skills for the job.
