It was very easy. All you needed to do was describe why you would be a good fit for a 100% commission role. Then you needed to pitch some of the senior team members and at that point you got selected to a team. You then took the series 7 and 63 to be eligible to sell.

They'll call, set up a meeting. If you pass, there will be a round two. Then if you're hired you'll start a 2 week training process in the trade floor. It's basically the job, without the commission at that point. If you stick with it, you'll take a class to prepare you for licensing.
