Really fake process. They know in advance they do not want to hire you. They do waste your time and do not care about your credentials. They are discriminating toward immigrants and older workers. Beware.

It was a phone interview, pretty basic process, talked for about 20 mins on the phone. Learned about the job and asked simple questions that is asked during a normal interview.
