I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at JohnsByrne (Niles, IL) in Oct 2022
Interview
I was first approached by a recruiter for this position, but they dropped out of the conversation over time. The interview process stretched over months. I met with several stakeholders via phone, web interview, in-person and then in a job shadow. It was wonderful that the job shadow was offered to really get a feel for the opportunity.
