I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Johnson Health Tech in Oct 2024
Interview
I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with the hiring process at Johnson Health Tech. From October 2024 to February 2025, I went through multiple rounds of interviews, completed technical assessments, and spent countless hours preparing—all with positive feedback at every stage.
Despite my dedication and effort, the process was dragged out for months, only to be halted suddenly in December because the CEO decided to pause hiring. No clear communication, no transparency—just a vague promise that hiring would resume by January 31. After patiently waiting and following up, I received a generic rejection email in February 2025 with no real explanation.
This is completely unacceptable. If they knew hiring was uncertain, why waste candidates' time and effort? If I wasn’t the right fit, why keep pushing me through multiple rounds and assessments? Johnson Health Tech showed zero respect for candidates' time and failed to communicate properly throughout the process.
Job seekers deserve better than this. If a company cannot respect candidates and their efforts, it speaks volumes about how they treat employees. I hope they seriously re-evaluate their hiring practices because this kind of treatment is completely unfair and unprofessional.
