Johnson should reevaluate what it is that they are looking for and to be more transparent with salary ranges before even proceeding with a phone interview. 3 times I was asked about my salary range, initial online application (required), phone interview, and email post in person interview. Not only did the in person interview go 30-minutes over schedule, but there was a whole other panel of 7+ individuals that HR failed to mention. Several questions instantly became irrelevant to qualifications directly related to the position. It's no surprise I've gotten targeted by said search for this position several times over a course of 6 months.
