Very thorough, testing if I was colour blind or not and also asking me if I was interested in further pursuing a career with further opportunities. I had previous experience with friends working within the company, and they spoke of how good it was.

In-person interview during the pandemic. Excessively long interview and was told I would hear back within a week. It took almost a month to notify me I was unsuccessful. Why wait until the entire process had ended to tell me?
