Interview
A complete and frustrating waste of time. Your interviewer will just be reading off a script from 2001 with an accent so thick you will barely be able to understand a word. Most of the questions they ask are not applicable to the actual job. Don't even think about giving them references to check unless you have a burning desire to completely anger your references. Unless you are desperate for a gig, don't bother applying to this outfit.

Interview
More focus on aptitude, but overall very standard. There was an aptitude round, then a job related interview, then an interview with upper management. Also they checked references and background.

Interview
Submit Resume, get email to take a Screening Test . Call at designated time to take test. It was a 6 question mind puzzle test that was not relevant to Sales. One might think it was a test of creative solutions/answers - but it was not in hindsight. They are looking for the actual canned vanilla answers to problems. I was expecting more of a "Sales" type interview process on sales ability and past performance. Those items never came into play.
