I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jones, Edmunds & Associates in Nov 2025
Interview
recruiter reached out to me about a month after the career fair where I met them. Said interviews will be 30 minutes in length and conducted via Microsoft Teams, met with the HR recruiter and the program coordinator. Honestly I didn't really enjoy the interview process because I was having some technical problems with buffering and they kind of had a bad attitude about it. Seemed like they weren't really interested in talking.

The main interview included technical questions, scenarios, interests. There was a phone screen, and then an interview with the hiring manager. Overall a good experience, but did not accept the offer.

Interview
Very pleasant; all three interviewers were very kind. They asked reasonable questions. It lasted about an hour total and was overall a good experience. Started with a nice presentation outlining the company's history and what they are currently working on.
