Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening call where we discussed my background, previous management experience, and motivation for applying. After that, there was a second interview with a senior manager focused on leadership style, conflict resolution, and team performance management. The overall process took about two weeks and included follow-up communication by email
HR gave a phone at first and then arranged the interview meeting with directors directly. The process only had one round and lasted for around 40 minutes. The interviewers were professional and nice.
