It's not even a company ! It's a grocery shop . The interview usually happens in a posh hotel so as to leave a misleading impression. The interview takes roughly 5 minutes as they're bothered only about how you look and talk . Nobody's gonna care for your experience and skill set. The best part being there ain't no HR , the management itself is about 5-6 people and that's all ! Nobody sticks here for more than a few weeks. They won't even ask for your degrees , past experience certificates , they'd assume what you're saying to be true ! There is no PF and you get half your salary in cash!
