Interview
The initial part was a phone call to go over a few basic questions and set up a time for an interview. Then you sit down for an interview, typical S.T.A.R format. It lasted roughly 30 minutes, and was all conversation/questions. No roleplay scenario involved.

Asked a lot about retail/customer experience.
Example: What was a sale/interaction you’re proud of and why?
It was a good 30-45 minute interview. It was very informative and easy going. Not too many questions. I was able to ask my own questions at the end as well. All I needed to do was take a test when I got home.
