I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jude in Oct 2023
Interview
[1] Screening call with the recruiter
[2] Chemistry meeting with Head of Operations
[3] Presentation on a case study to be prepared at home and presented at Jude's office
[4] Another chemistry meeting with the founder
The task was time-consuming to prepare and I didn't get to present as they put the position on hold and never got back to me to officially reject
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jude (London, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
First interview was a standard online one, and the second interview involved preparing a PowerPoint presentation with ideas for an upcoming project which required quite a bit of preparation. Overall the experience was ok.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Jude (London, England) in Nov 2021
Interview
The Jude team were clear at the application point what the steps would be to success and receiving an offer for the role. This was incredibly helpful to see the process to success.
The interview process was thorough, the team really wanted to make sure the successful candidate was a good fit for the role and the team culture. So the interviews were as much about getting to know each other and how we can work together, as the skills that I could bring to the team.
I worked on a project to showcase my skills, this again was so helpful as gave me an insight into the company and if the way I work would work for them.
