Lengthy 5 rounds but all positive and warm interviewers. The HR round is not easy as you would expect. Salary negotiations are not generally welcome. Depending on the team you’re going into perm roles may be hard to get due to high cost cutting regime in the bank

Applied online, Call received from HR, requesting basic information, salary expectations, my attraction to the job, do I know anyone that works there, after a few weeks contact made to book Interview with the hiring manager, time was booked around my availability, the usual probing questions regarding previous experiences, skills, achievements.
